Destruction of Records Notification
It is Sapulpa Public Schools practice and procedure to purge inactive Special Education records after six (6) school years. Affected birth years of records are 1994-1999. Within 30 calendar days, we are required to provide notification. Records will be shredded after December 1, 2025. If you would like to take possession of the records, contact Special Services 5 business days in advance by filling out the Google Form Request for Inactive Special Education Records. If you have any questions, please contact Special Services at 918-224-3400.
