RE-ENROLLMENT REGISTRATION

2025-26 FOR RETURNING STUDENTS


If your student will be new to the district please visit sapulpaps.org/enroll or stop by our enrollment office at 511 E. Lee Ave.
Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, Sapulpa Public Schools will
require parents/guardians to update and confirm student information online for all students returning for the new school year.
This change will:
  • Ensure accurate student records to help with communication between the district and families.
  • Replace paper forms typically sent home at the beginning of the year.
  • Fulfill state reporting requirements to the Oklahoma State Department of Education.

Re-enrollment for the 2025-26 school year will open on Monday, May 12, 2025, for all returning Sapulpa Public Schools students!  Please complete registration by May 30, 2025. 


Steps to Complete Re-Enrollment Registration:

This process must be completed for each student.

  1. Login to the PowerSchool Parent Portal at https://sapulpaps.powerschool.com/public
  2. On the left side of the page, click on "Forms."
  3. Click on the first form link (25-26 SPS - 1 - Student Contact Information) and answer all required questions.
  4. When finished, click “Submit” in the bottom right corner.
  5. A “Thank you” message will appear. Click “OK.”
  6. The next form will open automatically. Repeat steps 3–5 for all six forms.
  7. After submitting the sixth form and receiving the “Thank you” message, you may a.) sign out of the portal or b.) go to the top of the page and select your next student to repeat the process.
  8. Please make sure you complete ALL six forms.


If you do not know your PowerSchool Parent Portal login, please contact your student’s school site.


If you do not have PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please
1. Click create account
2. Enter your information at the top
3. Enter student's name
4. Enter the access id
5. Enter the access password
6. Choose the relationship to the student

If you have more than one student attending the district, please repeat steps 3 through 6 before clicking the Enter icon at the bottom right. Access id and password can be obtained from your student's school site.
