LATCHKEY PROGRAM
The LATCHKEY program is a service for working parents that provides before and after school care for Sapulpa elementary students in Pre-K through the 5th grade. During the LATCHKEY time, children have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities including homework time, recreation, and snacks.
LATCHKEY HOURS:
Monday through Friday
7: 15 A.M. to 8: 30 A.M.
4:00 P.M. to 5:45 P.M.
**LIBERTY STEM HOURS:
Monday through Friday
7:00 A.M. to 7:40 A.M.
3:20 P.M. to 5:45 P.M.
No snacks or breakfast will be provided during morning LATCHKEY. Children may eat breakfast BEFORE they get to LATCHKEY, or they may eat at school when the cafeteria opens (7:40 at Liberty, 8:30 at the other elementary sites).
Snacks and drinks will be provided during the afternoon LATCHKEY.
We observe the school district calendar. If school is closed, LATCHKEY will not be held.
Tuition and Enrollment

Monthly tuition rates are as follows:
PreK through 5th grade (before school only)
$110 per student
PreK through 5th grade (after school only)
$150 per student
PreK through 5th grade (before and after school)
$210 per student
Tuition must be paid in full on or before the 15th of each month. If not received, a $25 late fee per student will be posted on the 18th day of the month to all accounts with any unpaid balance. Tuition (plus applicable fees) must be paid in full by 5:00 p.m. on or before the 20th of each month. If not received, a dismissal notice will be sent on the 21st of the month and your student will be withdrawn from LATCHKEY on that date.

Late Pickup Fee
Children must be picked up by 5:45 p.m. A late fee of $10 will be charged for any child picked up after 5:45 pm. Beginning at 5:50, an additional $1.00 per minute per child will be assessed. Late pick-up charges will be added to the tuition fee and will follow the payment deadlines as outlined in the tuition details.
LATCHKEY is a privilege; therefore, we reserve the right to remove students with behavior problems from the program.
