The Sapulpa Public Schools Board of Education approved the 2024-2025 school year calendar on February 13, 2024, at its regular board meeting.

Aug. 5: New teachers report
Aug. 8, 9, 12: Professional Day for teachers
Aug. 13: Work Day for teachers
Aug. 15: First day of school for students
Aug. 30: No school
Sept. 2: Labor Day (no school)
Sept. 20: Professional Day for staff (no school for students)
Oct. 16-18: Fall Break (no school)
Nov. 25-29: Thanksgiving holiday break (no school)
Dec. 23 - Jan. 3: Winter holiday break (no school)
Jan. 6: Professional Day for staff (no school for students)
Jan. 7: Instruction resumes for students
Jan. 20: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (no school)
Feb. 17: Presidents Day (no school)
March 14-21: Spring Break (no school)
April 11: No school
May 16: Graduation (no school for students)
May 20: Last day of school for students
May 21: Last day for staff
