You may also come to the Washington Administrative Center any time during business hours Monday through Friday and we will be more than happy to help you with your enrollment needs. You can use this district map to view elementary school attendance zones, walking hazard zones, and bus stop locations, as well as using this link to search your home address.
NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT
Once you complete online registration, you must visit the Washington Administrative Center to complete the enrollment process and bring required documentation.
Required Documentation to enroll:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residence (Water, Gas, Electric or Lease Agreement)
- Parent/Guardian Driver's License
- 9th-12th grades must have transcript
- Tribal Membership Card (if applicable)
- Any Legal Documentations (if applicable)
TRANSFERS FROM ANOTHER SCHOOL DISTRICT
If your child does not live within the Sapulpa Public Schools district, you have the option to transfer to one of our schools. Effective March 31, 2021, Oklahoma law no longer allows emergency transfer of students. Students can transfer at any time during the year with no more than two (2) transfers per year. Forms will not be accepted by mail, fax, or email. All forms must be returned in-person to enrollment staff.
PRE-K ENROLLMENT
Pre-Kindergarten students must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and enrollment is not complete until all required documents are returned to enrollment staff. Required documents include birth certificate, immunization record*, Certificate Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card, proof of parental/guardian information, Proof of residency (utility bill such as water, gas, electric, lease agreement).

7th GRADE STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE TDAP
*For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following: Current, up-to-date immunization records or a completed and signed exemption form. Click here to see a list of immunization requirements for the Oklahoma School Year.
**Creek County Health Department provides some immunizations for children free of charge.
