Thank you for visiting our page about our Gifted and Talented Students program.

It is a goal of Sapulpa Public Schools to identify and provide appropriate educational experiences for students who give evidence of high-performance capability in areas of intellectual ability or in specific academic areas. In order to fully develop this capability, gifted students typically require learning opportunities or experiences not ordinarily provided by the regular curriculum. Sapulpa’s Gifted and Talented program is focused on three things:
  • Identifying gifted students
  • Ensuring each gifted student is provided the differentiated learning required to reach desired opportunities
  • Providing any assistance needed with career planning, scholarships, or enrollment
Once a student is identified as gifted, the student will always be classified as gifted. Therefore, our program seeks to meet the needs of our students from elementary school through high school graduation.
