Please review the following updated guidelines and requirements for the upcoming academic year:
Key Program Updates:
- Credit Recovery: Courses designated for Credit Recovery will now incur a cost of $90 per course. Students who qualify for the Free and Reduced Lunch program are eligible for a discounted rate of $50 per course. Additionally, these courses must be completed outside of the student's PowerSchool schedule.
- Testing Requirements: All students are required to complete virtual tests and cumulative exams within the on-site virtual lab. Please note that remote monitoring for tests and exams will not be available for the 2026-2027 school year.
Application and Placement Process
To maintain instructional integrity, all applications will be reviewed and placed on a waiting list while we determine staffing and program capacity.
- No Guaranteed Placement: A completed application does not guarantee a spot in the program, nor does previous participation in the virtual program.
- Notification: Families will be notified of their student’s enrollment status prior to the start of the school year.
Important Deadlines
The deadline to submit an application for the 2026-2027 school year is Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Please complete a separate application form for each individual student you wish to enroll.
We appreciate your commitment to your student's education and your interest in our virtual community. In order for us to provide students and families with the programming expected from Sapulpa Public Schools, it is important to recognize that teachers, students, and parents all play a critical role in the success of any learning environment. All applications will be reviewed and placed on a waiting list as staffing and capacity are determined.
