CHILD NUTRITION
Thank you for accessing our Child Nutrition page where you will find information about meal payment options, free and reduced-price meals, menus, and contact information.
Sapulpa Public Schools complies with federal and state regulations regarding child nutrition. Our district

brands we trust at school
.

are approved for free or reduced-price meals. Applications must be approved before benefits can begin. Applications will be sent home with all students or apply online at:
Free and Reduced Meal Application - English
Free and Reduced Meal Application - Spanish
*Please note: If you receive a letter from OKDHS titled "SNAP Expungement Notice," it means your P-EBT benefits will expire if you do not use them soon.
Please click here for more information on what to do next.

PAYMENT
Cash, check, money order
- These are accepted each day before school and during meal service at all cafeterias. Please use caution when sending cash with elementary children as we cannot be responsible for lost money. When students forget or lose their money for breakfast or lunch we do have a policy that allows students to get a meal that day. Elementary students will be allowed to accumulate up to three lunch and three breakfast charges. Secondary students will be allowed to charge one breakfast and one lunch. Please review our
Meal Charge Policy
for more details.
Online
- We partner with
MySchoolBucks.com
to provide you with a convenient way to pay for your child's school meals. Signing up is free and it comes with email notifications when your child's account has a low balance.
REFUNDS
Please email a request for a meal refund, along with your name, your student's name(s), the school(s) where your student attends and your mailing address to
[email protected]
. A refund will be processed. IMPORTANT...if you have an auto draft set up with MySchoolBucks.com, turn the auto draft off before requesting a refund. Otherwise, as soon as your child's account is adjusted to zero, you will be charged for meals again. If you have a younger student in school, balances of students leaving can be transferred to your younger student. Please email
[email protected]
with the names of the student leaving Sapulpa Public Schools as well as the student remaining, and a transfer will be made.
WELLNESS TOOL
This assessment tool is a collaboration among school administrators, community members, parents, students, and others in an effort to improve the health and wellness of those within our schools. You may
