Mary is truly one of a kind. She is sweet, kind, compassionate, understanding, and has a heart of gold. As an aide for our special needs students, Mary goes above and beyond every day to make sure our students feel safe, loved, and cared for. It is no surprise that they absolutely adore her!
Mary has a way of brightening any room she walks into with her positive attitude and caring personality. She is always willing to lend a helping hand, no matter what the task may be. She has even been spotted washing our white fleet vehicles to make sure they are clean and ready for the next trip. That is just the kind of person Mary is—always stepping up and doing whatever needs to be done, without being asked.
We are incredibly fortunate to have Mary as part of our Transportation Department. She is a tremendous asset to our team and a perfect example of what makes our staff so special.

Good luck to Sapulpa Bands, which continues the marching season at the Union Renegade Review tomorrow! They take the field at 1:30 on Saturday, Oct. 10, for prelims at Union H.S. stadium.

Oklahoma GEAR UP invested $18,792 in concurrent enrollment fees for 97 Sapulpa students last school year!
Concurrent enrollment gives high school students the opportunity to earn college credit before graduation. By helping cover associated costs, GEAR UP reduces a financial barrier while giving students an early start on college, experience with college-level coursework and greater confidence that they can succeed after high school.
College credit now. More opportunities later.

Last school year, 81% of Sapulpa seniors completed the FAFSA, compared with 69% of GEAR UP seniors grant-wide and 48% statewide.

Thank you to the 23 teams participating in the 34th Annual John Cockrum Golf Tournament at Oaks Country Club (Benefiting Sapulpa Public Schools Education Foundation).
Generous community partners, corporate sponsors and participant entry fees raise funds for senior scholarships and the Grants-to-Teachers program to advance innovative teaching projects at Sapulpa Public Schools!
Grant recipients and scholarship winners will be announced at a later date. Last year's grants funded special projects, supplies, equipment, and technology for teachers at all of our school sites.
