Parents urged to fill out the Free & Reduced Meals application
Posted on 09/17/2021
(SPS)-- Have you filled out the Free & Reduced Meals application? Even though all meals are free for the 2021-22 school year, it is important that parents fill out the application for this essential program.

Sapulpa Public Schools participates in the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program. All students who qualify based on family size and income are approved for free or reduced-price meals. Applications must be approved before benefits can begin. Click here to download and print an application or apply online at myschoolapps.com.

How does filling out this application benefit students, when they already eat for free?

Filling out the application ensures the funds will be available to continue the Free & Reduced Meals program for Sapulpa Public Schools in the future. The funds also go toward other valuable learning programs in the district.

In addition, families who qualify for free and reduced meals may be eligible for P-EBT (Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer) through Oklahoma Human Services.

P-EBT helps children who would have received free or reduced-price meals at school if not for the COVID-19 pandemic. You can learn more about Oklahoma's P-EBT program and see if you qualify by visiting the following websites:
