Full Day Pre-K & New Kindergarten enrollment for 2023-24 will be held at each elementary school site:

Freedom Elementary
Holmes Park Elementary
Jefferson Heights Elementary
Liberty Elementary STEM Academy

ONLINE ENROLLMENT will not be available for this event. Each site will have a paper enrollment packet for you to complete. 

Enrollment is not complete until all required documents are turned in on the night of the event. No incomplete enrollments will be taken. If you do not have a completed packet, a spot will not be held for your child. PreK classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.


PRE-K ENROLLMENT

Pre-Kindergarten students must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and enrollment is not complete until all required documents are returned to enrollment staff. 

Required documents include:
Birth certificate
Immunization record*
Certificate Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card
Proof of parental/guardian information
Proof of residency (utility bill such as water, gas, electric, Cox bill, or lease agreement)


Immunizations include:
DTaP (4)
Polio - IPV (3)
MMR (1)
Hep B (3)
Hep A (2)
Varicella (1)


NEW KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1. Enrollment is not complete until all required documents are returned to enrollment staff.

*For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following: Current, up-to-date immunization records or a completed and signed exemption form. Click here to see all vaccines required to attend school in Oklahoma. Creek County Health Department provides some immunizations for children free of charge
