(SPS) -- Sapulpa Public Schools has partnered with Med World Pharmacy to host a voluntary vaccination clinic for our students aged 12 or older to receive the Pfizer COVID vaccine.
The clinic will be held on June 11 at Cedar Ridge Christian Church located at 2102 S. Hickory St. in Sapulpa between 3 and 7 p.m.
A parent or guardian must accompany children between the ages of 12 and 17.

If you are unable to make it on June 11 and you want your child to receive the vaccine, you may follow Med World Pharmacy on

website to attend a different clinic.
This clinic was created as a convenience for parents and students and it is voluntary.
