Drug Testing & Physicals

Any 6th through 12th grade student-athlete participating in a 2021-22 fall, winter, or spring sport must have a drug test AND physical examination completed prior to participation.

Sapulpa Chieftains Athletics is hosting a Sports Physicals night for students at Shaw Auditorium inside Sapulpa High School. This night is for students who are in the 8th through 11th grades in the current 2020-21 school year.

May 11
5 to 8:30 p.m.
Current 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students (grade limits per Tulsa Bone & Joint)
$15 and receipt is required (pay by cash or check in the Athletics office or by credit card via the online option below).

Sapulpa Chieftains Athletics is hosting a drug testing day at the Chieftain Center. The cost is $15. Payment may be made online by scrolling to the bottom of this page. Cash or check payments will be accepted at the Sapulpa Chieftain Athletics office. Student must have his/her student ID or number or another form of photo ID and completed RankOne paperwork.

July 13 - Females Only
10 a.m. to 12 p.m. - 9th through 12th grades
1 to 3 p.m. - 6th through 8th grades

July 14 - Males Only
10 a.m. to 12 p.m. - 9th through 12th grades
1 to 3 p.m. - 6th through 8th grades

If you are unable to make the date above, you may have the drug test done at your primary care physician's office. You MUST have at minimum a seven-panel test. The results may be emailed to [email protected]  You may also do the drug test at Weaver Drug Testing Lab at 1619 S. Boulder Ave., Tulsa, OK 74119. You will need to make your payment with Sapulpa Chieftains Athletics online (scroll down this page) or in the Athletics Office at the High School and take your receipt and student ID with you.

Student-athletes as well as students participating in a competitive non-sports activity during the 2021-22 school year must submit to a drug test prior to participation. This is for students competing in activities such as Robotics, Band, Choir, Ag, ROTC, Gaming, etc.

Regardless of the option you choose, the required Physical Form will need to be taken with you.

The cost of the physical at Xpress Wellness Urgent Care is $30. If you print this flyer (coming soon) and take it with you, Xpress Wellness will donate $10 to Sapulpa Chieftains Athletics for each physical done. Check in online at xpresswellnessurgentcare.com.
