2025-26 CALENDAR

The Sapulpa Public Schools Board of Education approved an updated 2025-2026 school year calendar on August 5, 2025, at its regular board meeting. The state requires an extra 6 hours be added to the academic calendar.

Sapulpa Public Schools will not observe PLC late start on 12 Mondays to meet the requirement, including November 3, 10 & 17; December 1, 8 & 15; April 13, 20 & 27 and May 4, 11 & 18. School will start at the usual start time on the above-listed Mondays (8am for HS, JH, 8:10am for SMS and Liberty, 9am for Holmes Park, Freedom and Jefferson Heights).

Sept. 1: Labor Day (no school)
Sept. 22: Professional Day for staff (no school for students)

Jan. 6: Instruction resumes for students
Jan. 19: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (no school)

April 10: No school
No PLC Mondays on April 13, 20, 27
No PLC Mondays on May 4, 11, 18
May 21: Last day of school for students (if all emergency weather days are utilized)
May 21: Graduation, Mabee Center, 7:30 p.m.
May 22: Last day for staff
