Sapulpa Public Schools

SMS has established a new class called Chrome Depot, taught by Ms. Carla Cale.  It is a pilot program in which six 7th grade students fix broken Chromebooks.  However, more than simply fixing Chromebooks, these students will also learn basic technology-repair.  The latest reports say that jobs relating to technology (coding, fixing it, designing it, etc) will drastically increase within 10 years—the same time these students will be entering the work force.  Our hope at Sapulpa Middle School is to paint a picture of the future—that this class could point to a future career.
